Shipping & Handling
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If you place an order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order may not be processed until the following Monday.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more and on all orders. If your order is less than $150, there is $15 shipping fee charged upon checkout.
Your orders will be shipped by FedEx Express and may be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
Shipping charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders.
We will send you our package's tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. If you cannot find your tracking number or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received your order please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can work with you to recover the package. Courri is not responsible for lost packages reported more than 3 weeks past the delivery date.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, as FedEx is not delivering to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a non-PO Box address for the shipping address.
